i said so you are denying the entitled gift card to high ranked players but giving them to low ranked players. she asked the supervisor and she also refused. i explained i had to leave and they would not give me the gift cards they clearly had left in lower denominations. the kiosk indicated i would get a 250.00 wawa gift card but there were none left and i would get free play. she cleary had envelopes of gift cards in front of her as she was giving them to other people. she checked my account and said i was eligible and to print a ticket at the kiosk and come back. i asked them if there is a giveaway and the young lady said yes, gift cards.
played and than had to leave when i saw people at the promotions desk. she was pregnant so i thought maybe she is tired and let it go. i went to the rewards desk and there was one women there and i asked her if they were still mailing books and if there was a promotion giveaway today.
